RentKnock is a PG management app for Indian PG owners, hostels and co-living operators. It connects properties, rooms, beds, tenants, rent and daily operations in one system.
Can I manage multiple PGs with one subscription?
Yes. One owner account can manage multiple PGs. Your subscription covers their combined bed capacity; you do not pay separately for each PG.
How does bed-based pricing work?
Add the total bed capacity across your PGs, including vacant beds. For example, 70 beds in PG A and 30 beds in PG B fit in the 100-bed plan at ₹999/month.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
You can choose a larger plan as you grow. Before moving to a smaller plan, your bed usage must fit its capacity. Google Play shows the applicable billing changes and timing before you confirm.
What happens when I reach my bed limit?
Choose a larger plan before adding capacity beyond your current limit. For more than 300 beds, contact us for a custom plan.
Can managers and tenants use RentKnock?
Yes. Managers handle daily operations with permissions set by the owner. Sensitive payment approval stays owner-controlled. Tenants can access their own rent, invoices and stay information.
Are monthly rent invoices created automatically?
Yes. Configure your rent settings and tenant rent cycles to keep recurring monthly invoices organized, alongside first rent invoices, receipts and final settlements.
Is there a free trial?
Eligible new customers receive a 30-day free trial through Google Play. Google Play confirms eligibility, payment requirements and renewal details before purchase.
What if I manage more than 300 beds?

Can I use it for hostels and co-living properties?
